- Indian doctors usually treat patients without their history. Our estimate: about 6,400 hospital deaths and 1.6 lakh severe harms a year in India come from medication errors caused by an incomplete history (method and ranges).
- 1Heath listens to the consultation, drafts the record with an India-hosted language model, and checks every line with a rules engine before the doctor signs.
- On simulated tests, no invented allergy, refused medicine or wrong dose reached a note without being flagged.
- It is not ready for real patients yet; the sections below say exactly what is missing.
